With experience in sectors including: Management Consultancy, Retail, FMCG, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Professional Services and Hospitality.

It was the time spent with dss+ (formerly DuPont Sustainable Solutions), an operational risk consultancy that highlighted the gap in the safety and risk market. Existing recruitment companies were slower, more expensive and less qualified candidates than our own in-house team.

After a career in executive search and managing in-house recruitment for a global technology business, Tom has since worked with some of the world's biggest and most trusted brands - including dss+, BP, Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone, Motorola, Travelodge and RB - to help them solve their talent challenges.

Tom loves sport and adventure and is frequently to be found with a racket, bat or club of some kind in-hand or (less frequently) afloat. At heart a simple soul, never happier than ambling around the North Hampshire countryside with his magnificent goldendoodles, Archie and Piper, pictured. He will also try to make time for the other numerous members of his family.
